Tina’s life takes a shocking turn when she notices a birthmark on her best friend Megan’s adopted son, Shawn, identical to the one her deceased son, Liam, had. Overcome with emotion, she becomes convinced that Shawn might be her son. “Could Shawn really be my Liam?” Tina wonders.
