After a week at the beach, Catherine returned to find her new neighbor Jeffrey had built a massive fence on her property. As a single mom, she couldn’t let it slide.
Catherine, raising her two boys alone, had already clashed with Jeffrey. When he first visited, he presented a contract from the previous owners allowing the fence. “I don’t want a fence blocking my view,” Catherine said, but Jeffrey insisted on privacy for his garden parties.
On vacation, Catherine discovered the fence was built right in front of her windows. “What the hell?!” she shouted, seeing the view blocked. Determined to fix things, she bought an animal attractant spray. “The strongest you have,” she told the clerk.
Soon, animals began frequenting Jeffrey’s fence, making it unbearable. Jeffrey, overwhelmed, struggled to clean it. Neighbors complained, and eventually, Jeffrey removed the fence.
The next day, Catherine told her boys, “We can see the trees again!” Jeffrey apologized, promising to respect her property. Catherine felt victorious, having taught him a valuable lesson.
