When Bethany and her two sons, Austin and Sheldon, moved into their dream home by a lake, they were thrilled. But their excitement quickly turned sour with the arrival of their unfriendly neighbors, Oswald and Patricia.
Oswald confronted Bethany, saying, “So you’re the ones hogging our lake, huh?” Despite Bethany’s attempts to explain that the lake was shared, Oswald insisted, “We want them to stay off our property.”
The situation worsened when Oswald put up a fence dividing the lake. When Bethany saw workers burying their half of the lake under dirt, she was furious. “Get that thing out of my backyard right now!” she demanded.
As the excavator caused flooding in Oswald’s yard, Bethany couldn’t help but feel a bit of satisfaction. Once the flooding was resolved and her section of the lake was restored, her children resumed their lake activities. Meanwhile, Oswald and Patricia had to move out for repairs, teaching them a memorable lesson about karma.
