My wife and I were stunned when we were kicked out of my friend Tom’s wedding for ordering pizza after the buffet ran out of food. Little did we know, our drunken idea would spark a whirlwind of drama.
The wedding started off beautifully. “Look at the decorations,” my wife said, smiling. However, as the buffet was served, it became clear there wasn’t enough food. “Those plates are piled high,” I whispered to Sarah. We managed to scrape together a few scraps, feeling disappointed and hungry.
Frustrated, we joked about ordering pizza. “Let’s do it,” Jane, another guest, said. We ordered four large pizzas, and when they arrived, we shared them with nearby tables. “This is the best idea ever!” Bob said.
