Tom, a stay-at-home dad, adores his six-year-old twins, Kevin and Stacey. His life is full of scraped knees and bedtime stories until a stranger, Michael, claims to be the twins’ biological father and demands custody.

When Stacey collapses, the doctor says she needs a liver transplant. Tom pleads with Michael, who agrees only if Tom relinquishes custody. Desperate, Tom signs the papers.
Later, Michael reveals he only wanted the inheritance tied to having children, refusing to help Stacey. Miraculously, a donor match is found, and Stacey’s surgery is successful. Tom vows to reclaim custody and repair his family.
